With seating for 64, the room is ideal for intimate gatherings. Our event planner will work with you to create the perfect menu for the night, customized to suit your taste and occasion.
Hold your next corporate event in our space! The room can accommodate cocktail parties for up to 75, making it the ideal place to hold a networking wine and cheese or product launch. Our flat-screen TV and audio visual equipment are at your disposal for slideshows and presentation content, making meeting events easy and enjoyable.

A 50% deposit of the total anticipated contract price is required upon booking to secure the date of your event. This fee will be deducted from the final bill. Please note all prices are subject to change.
An initial guest count will be given at the time of booking. To ensure accurate ordering and staffing, a final guest count is required 7-days prior to the date of your event.
If for any reason you must cancel your event, a portion of your deposit will be retained to compensate for lost opportunity.
30 days and greater notice - 25% of deposit retained
8-29 days notice - 50% of deposit retained
less than 7 days notice - 100% of deposit retained.
Final Bill Presentation and Payment
Your final bill less the 50% deposit will be presented to you after your event. Payment for this invoice is required within 7 days of reciept.
Grumans is able to provide various service staff for your events such as servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, host staff and more.
All staff is booked for a minimum of 3-hours. If staff is required to work more than 8-hours for the event, overtime charges will apply. The staff is paid from the time they clock in at Grumans to gather all your requirements, until the time they arrive back at Grumans and have unloaded.
Rentals & Equipment
We would be happy to manage your rental requirements. Occasionally, rentals/equipment are misplaced, broken or damaged. A replacement cost will be included on your final invoice. If your rental requirements are reduced within 48 hours of the event, a restocking fee will be charged.
Grumans will not be held liable for any damage or loss to rented equipment or property which may be caused by the customer, customers guest(s) or other service providers retained by the customer.
